Above and beyond any construction codes, our builders construct all our accessory dwelling units with mono pour foundations with ample rebar and support steel throughout the foundation and floor so cracks and foundation integrity will not be an issue, 2x6 construction to accept all insulation and create a sound resistant ADU unit, improved cross-linked polyethylene, PEX, plumbing to limit froze pipes during our Pacific Northwest winters, quality fixtures to avoid leaking and tenant frustration, quality appliances and plumbing fixtures to avoid leaks and marginal tenant satisfaction, ample insulation to maintain desired climate control without breaking the bank, and ice dam protectors so water does not wick up under the roof tiles and create damage years later.
